The father of two Eagle Scouts, Kevin and Tom, Mr. Portteus joined Troop 390 in 1998 and has since served as an Assistant Scoutmaster. Mr. Portteus is a bicycle enthusiast, an active hiker and outdoorsman. He also served as an adult leader in Troop 18 in Akron before joining Troop 390.
