As a youth Dan was a scout of Troop 339 in Olmsted Falls, Ohio and earned Eagle in 1998.  He has been involved with scouting as an adult since son Alex joined as a Tiger in Pack 3390. Starting in September 2021, Dan joined as an adult leader in Troop 390 with a focus on motivating younger scouts to achieve First Class and he is looking forward to helping the program succeed and the many adventures to come.
